That's correct..2 different companies...
But I was showing the example of what a company would do to move up a board... and that was reverse splits and dumping on common shareholders... by oblivating your small holdings.... read it again about cancellation... that's my point... put any pink sheet compant in the blank space...

BUY BACK?? they're in the process of a 2 for 1 forward split, who in the hell would buy back with that going on... think first before posting such weirdness....

hope that's english enough... I'm not bilingual...
