interested to see in this upcoming PR the finalized deal PLPL giving up 35% of its 65% interest in the company in a non dilutive manner. That would be really exciting.

PLPL is taking the caculated risk that 30% of a combined TXTM + growprocess is greater than the value they place on 65% of TXTM without it.

Shows there is some meat on this transaction the market isn't figuring out yet I thinks.
