Do you honestly believe that retail investors have any meaningful recourse via litigation against small-cap biotech management teams who stretch the truth or omit "small" details? Are you serious? How many shareholder lawsuits have you been in against small-cap biotech companies and recovered your investment? How many individual suits have you brought against companies successfully?

If you invest in this space thinking that you are somehow protected against losing serious money because of a theoretical ability to litigate against incorrect present tense statements then you are either naive, stupid, or perhaps both.
