Have some faith in the reasoning behind the late financials. They will be out by Feb 14, and probably won't be out till then.

Everyone reading this must realize Jimmy Chan and Chenlong Tan are most likely not scam artists, nor are they stupid. Things are getting done, and the company is doing a great job keeping us in the loop on what they are doing and accomplishing, while other things are either on hold or in the works.
