Based on what we see and read -- mostly here

It may well be that Mnuchin and Watt hold our fate

And Mnuchin only speaks "global friendly speak - we will do what is good for America stuff. And the only direct language of Mnuchin is - send the quarterly payments

So seems we may have one key friend -- WATT

Watt IMO could extract some compromise position with Mnuchin that is good but not grrreat for us
