IMO I think the EMA application is filed with little to no reaction from the market.

As FBG pointed out, EMA is being filed with Phase II only, but it is with best ever GOG results for the indication.
I don't see how this filing doesn't make the market react. Perhaps it won't be the mighty desired and perhaps justified mother of all short squeezes we would all benefit from, it could manifest as a slow but steady climb over the next year until the decision finalizes.
Think of it this way...if you're short are you willing to wait and take the chance it doesn't get approved? Or will you lock in your profits knowing there's it's a certainty this stock will climb over the course of the next year?
