Just needed honest PRs and not ones that were designed to pump the price. T0o much "deceptiveness" in his PRs that were designed to pump. He may have been actually thought dates, deals, etc. would have been when he said, but he held back on "Persona of Transparency" when he realized that these dates, deals,etc. would not happen. I guess that would be passive lying when he presents himself and the most transparent CEO in the world
