Maybe they won't file. Look at ELGL - another Merle/Kaiser winner.

The last filing is from December 28, 2015 when they shared the timely information that a director had resigned for 'health" reasons on October 14, 2014. That is over a year after the fact.

The filing before that was on November 16, 2015 saying that the September quarterly filings would come on November 23, 2015. Investors in ELGL are still waiting for any official financial information to come out as on November 24, 2015 Rich Kaiser issued a Press Release about audited statements and uplisting. Nothing has come out since then.

The same sort of scam could happen with PRED. The CPA firms have been a merry-go-round for these guys and nothing but PR's coming out of it:

First - SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - December 20, 2016) - Predictive Technology Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: PRED), a life sciences technology holding company, announces the Company has retained Stevenson & Company CPAs as its PCAOB auditing firm.
Stevenson & Company CPAs will act as independent auditors as required to become a fully reporting company under US SEC rules.
Upon completion of the audited financial statements and other legal narratives required to become fully reporting, the Company will transmit its registration statement to the US SEC for approval.

Second - On Feb 28, 2017 they issued an 8-K saying that Sadler, Gibb
& Associates, LLC had replaced Stevenson as the CPA firm.

This is all supposedly to get them current and up-listed etc.

We will see what happens but I would not be surprised to see a delay in the issuance of financial information and I don't think an audit will be completed anytime soon as we are now well over 10 years since that last one in 2007 when the Company was called K-9 concepts. It is very difficult to produce anything auditable when you have such a long period to cover.
