Since I am also in the group who holds what was a $24,000 piece of the Rock (Creek), I also wonder about the future of anatabine. If I had the money for an attorney, I'd first ask him/her if Miller and Richenderfer satisfied their fiduciary responsiblity in this whole matter. For example, I told Richenderfer on the phone that Predator was selling the compound under the same name, that Hydrapharm was the manufacturer, and that Walgreens sold Hydrapharm products in a region of Africa. I doubt these BK attorneys followed all these trails to the end. I'd also have my lawyer call Phillip Morris and ask if they were only going to use the tobacco applications and if they'd be interested in selling the rights to the compound for health purposes. And one thing I will do, even though it is probably futile, is to email Calico Labs again (Google's life extension company) and tell them that a tobacco company is going to get a very powerful anti-inflammaging product for a mere $250,000.
To decide whether anatabine has any future that is profitable, I'd like to know more about whether Patrick Cox is right about giving up on anatabine because medical pot does the trick, and same question about the other compound that Williams seems to be interested in now.
