$ VICT. I have to Agree with you but not just with VICT in all OTC stocks seems like they are stronger after lunch as a rule IMO. Alot of stocks seem to have thier little habits of doing things and some of the things gives the shareholder a advantage of being able to add shares lower and i find certain days do the same thing but thats JMO.
