NTCXF management has continued to seek PRIVATE PLACEMENTS. These
PRIVATE STOCK PLACEMENTS with attached warrants inhibits stock appreciation IMO. Until I see NTCXF management bring about sales(revenue)and and verifiable contracts I will no longer will follow NTCXF. NTCXF management with state of the art solar products
and technology has been unable to market their solar products for one reason or another over the past few years. NTCXF has a good story line but that's about it. Good Luck!
