Thanx tyler -

I don't think Tyche is an absorption vehicle. I think what we have been seeing is the creation of distinct but related enteties: Tyche the land bank, BIGN the holding company, WW the exploration/well reworking vehicle and so on. If anything, if ROYL did try to trick Smith & Kelly with a bottomless cheap purse, I'd imagine the venture capitalist boys don't need to be told twice about the danger entangling deals present to their plans. So, I'd be very surprised if the LOI involves consolidation. If your boat is buoyant because it has multiple floats, it can still survive even if some are damaged. I expect the separate entities to remain the pattern.

From a corpaorate viewpoint, it never made sense to me to spin Tyche out of BIGN at year end 2005 only to use it as an unberella under which the others get consolidated in 2006.

The separate Tyche USA & Tyche Canada may be evidence of something meaningful. I haven't figured that one out yet but I do know Tyche USA is here in Dallas and that they have let the cat out of the bag about being the land bank entity.
