Your SAME questions get answered ad nauseum yet you can't accept anyone else's answers or they are not good enough for you. The big joke is that if you expect to have concrete deadlines from a pre revenue r and d biotech you are living in la la land.... IT DOESN'T HAPPEN.... No one knows when a government is going to make a decision on a specific path for a specific drug, no one knows when a potential partner is going to take the plunge, and no one knows how long it will take to enroll a trial. They make their best estimates and adjust accordingly .....these are the nature of the beast.
