Maybe your chart provider is removing net trades from their chart.

Have you asked them to explain it?

But both t-trades were net trades hitting the tape which means they were the offsetting legs of SELLING from a block position throughout the day. Someone was selling...all day long in the low 2’s and willing to pay the block fee to do so.

And again...the OS is not decreasing. It NEVER has for BVTK except for the two reverse splits.

Also BVTK cannot do a buyback under Colorado Corporate Statutes.

There is no buyback, via ASR or otherwise.
