So what will happen assuming all necessary paperwork has been filed, once FINRA has finalized the name/tckr, it will appear on FINRA website on the Dailylist, after usually 24hrs it will be complete. Then it takes Brokers usually 1-2 days(it may vary) to change over Name/Tckr, where it is difficult to trade the New Tckr, unless you call in a transaction at a much higher Fee.
