Unique Pizza & Subs Corp has a 50% interest in "Credo Ventures LLC".
UPZS signed a promissory note with Sandy Dorian ( Kevin Serrano Mother ) in the amount of $495,000 for their interest in " Tap House Sports Grill ", this note states that $10,517.00 be paid each month for a period of Sixty Months maturing on Oct 17 2020.

My question is; HAS UPZS PAID ANY MONIES ON THIS NOTE?
