Hi all,

I've been here long - so far - since Nov., though disillusioned with these cartoon PR posts, the stock dilution, and the see-sawing ticker.

But, to the real long-timers, has the I-don't-trust-as-far-as-I-thrrow Frankie ever given up Board control before? In other words, is this historically P&D maybe different this time?

I ask in all honesty - and, maybe naivety.
