It is not 3 separate cases in practice. The Company and all its subsidiaries all filed for bankruptcy, and all are in Chapter 7.
The parent is the sole equity holder in all the subsidiaries. Since it is a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, ALL the assets are being sold and liquidated, so it is impossible for just one subsidiary to be purchased, but its assets could go in a package.
Either way, it makes zero difference to RCPIQ common shareholders. They will still receive zero and the common shares will be cancelled.
