What I do not understand is the perpetual "glass half full" after a year of ineptitude trying to squeeze an ounce or two of gold out of a leach pad. Especially when said leach pad was draining into an "amazing RICH pond". It takes a year to work out the bugs? Really?
I seem to recall a discussion about whether the pond would produce gold after a matter of weeks, or whether it was a matter of months. Turns out that we should have been talking in terms of years.
