Did Spectrum's market cap just increase by 16.7%? Per Price to Sales Ratios from NYU Stern School of Business that's recalculated every January, it's now 7.02. Last year it was 5.9 or something like that (2 years ago, I believe it was around 8). So if pozi is a $1B drug that makes it's worth $7B towards the market cap. Last year, at 5.9 PE the pozi contribution to MC was $5.9B. At ~100M shares outstanding that's another $11 contribution toward Share Price. Not bad.
