The company should be seeing an upgrade by morning star this year.

They are one of the few companies I have seen on the OTCQB market that is rated by Morningstar.
There is much higher investors in this and plenty of funds would love to see this company move up to the Nasdaq so they can buy shares.
Most great funds are not allowed to buy on the lower markets.
