This may be more like a 2-4 month overall delay if everything from this point goes to plan. McNally said they are also planning to uplist to a bigger exchange by the end of the year to give them access to non dilutional financing options as well. They are really trying to consolidate every necessary task in 2018 for quick commercial readiness in 2019.

Based on Estape's feedback, it is a wonder that we're looking at such a long delay for design freeze. On the one hand he said that SPORT accomplished everything beyond his expectations, then on the other hand both him and McNally say that it will need until 2019 for revisions for design freeze. How could SPORT need such a time intensive revision if it's already performing as good as it is?

Overall this isn't a major setback. As long as they get all their other ducks in a row then we can handle a few more months. They are trying to nail it to make sure SPORT's performance can't be touched by anything ISRG offers.
