Just my opinion but they should prosecute the "naked" shorts. Legitimate shorting has been part of the scene for a LONG time! Lots of risk with that too. I really don't think the SEC has the guts to deal with illegal shorting... There's lots of examples of companies that were destroyed by illegal shorting and the SEC ignored it... after many years of trading, I can't figure it out. Good luck with all your trades.
