In regards to the guarantee, the guarantee is very well defined along with its limitations in the prospectus. In addition, all Lehman guarantees where cancelled when Lehman exited bankruptcy and the CTs became a class 10b claim against the estate. Technically the CTs are no longer Cts. They are an approved class 10b claim against the estate, subject to distributions as defined in the liquidation plan.

If someone reads something different, copy and paste and we will discuss and debate. If these guarantees were still in place some investor some where would be taking legal action to perfect them. Don't you think that would be the case? Doesn't make sense if a large institution really had a guarantee they would not wait around for nearly 10 years waiting to collect.
