On Feb 2nd a press release stated they were in the final stages of completing the audit. The audit first started back in Aug 2017. Based on my experience in accounting and from friends that are auditors, it takes 6 months to complete an audit. Feb is the 6th month mark. Second, companies usually release information like that on a Thursday to increase to the hype on Friday and then have all those buy orders that weren't executed Friday pile up over the weekend. Because Monday the 19th is a holiday, I wouldn't be surprised if we get that information sometime next week.
