Are we looking at the same Level 2? The ask isn't thin at all. It's quite heavy, in fact. Lots of millions of shares for sale at each 1 tick higher. And someone seems to have quite a pile to unload at 0012.

0012 can't flip to the bid for more than about 4 seconds before it flips back to the ask with millions of shares for share immediately.
