Plant start up was Feb 1 but nothing works instantly. JBL is keeping the muzzle on this until they have a proven production run. They don't want calls from millions of ETI and MWX shareholders fishing for info by pretending they are interested in JBL
Look at JBL's profile and realize their investor base is interested in security first, so no reason for them to get promotional. If they pump their price then lots of their shareholders would take the unexpected windfall and jump out but if it later fails then they end up with another million phone calls from their new shareholders who don't fit their steady value increase approach.
