With all the pressure on the other markets, it should help the Biotechs start to gain traction. Fortunately for Delcath, they are in a pretty good position right now. As mentioned by so many other posters on this board, lots of positives!

Completed the exit from the Hudson Bay convertible note,
Paid the Leins on all their patents...free and clear!
Completed 500th Commercial procedure in Europe,
Already approved and commercialized by the EU,
Positive reviews in peer publications,
Special protocol assessment with FDA on FOCUS trial to relax enrollment criteria,
Special Protocol Assessment with FDA to begin Phase 3 ICC Trials,
Independent Data Safety Monitoring Board evaluated safety of FOCUS Trial, and recommended completion of trial without modifications!
FOCUS Trial due to be completed in less than a year!

Delcath is on the move, and I for one am not surprised to see more accumulation, especially when investors start to realize how much more the rewards here are far greater than the risks.
