I dont know why you say that. You asked & I replied truthfully. The explaination was the thought process I went thru with the post, not a "get around". I noticed in your orig reply you said you hadn't heard of "an Alice hearing", but if you take another look you'll see that I called it an "Alice Standard" hearing, not an Alice hearing. The stuff below was all written & the links added much earlier but had problems posting.
