Well, at least we know--as I've said all the while that packaging approved by the FDA is not enough. MJ packaging has to be approved on a State-by-State basis. That's great the KUSH will meet all requirements on a State-by-State basis. MJ packaging approved by the FDA is not enough.

Now, lets look at preserving the product so the customer will always get the freshness when the manufacturer packaged the product. The question is how long can the product sit on the shelf before the product goes bad? My research says light and plastics changes the chemical makeup of the MJ. So, if the label says THC is 11%, overtime that THC is no longer 11%, but 5%. Why? Because the product sat on a shelf for an extended amount of time.
