Yeah FS would give some extra interest in the stock. Would bring in all the old FS players. It would bring a little more liquidity as well. Who knows maybe they can do a 5 for 1 or at least 10 for 1. 10 for 1 would prob make it go 5.00s imo usually they do. sometimes when they are larger FSs the stocks go 10.00 15.00 which would be nuts.

Sometimes on most new issues they dont need to file PRE or DEF 14s. they just 8k it or just do it out of the blue on Finra DL
