So there's a chance they made contact with $ECCI through some of it's investors IMO. But at least the connection is there.

The fake PR that's floating around is unfortunately discrediting any legitimacy on this connection, which makes this a risky play. It's up to Tubig to prove themselves before the questions start to pile up...
