This looks fishy.

The http://www.arcamgroup.com/ has been changed. Look to an earlier post ("Has anyone been contacted about a proposed buy-out price?") to view a screenshot of the earlier version. Everyone here knows that GE will own 100% of Arcam. A resonable offer will likely be accepted by most if not all remaining shareholders. Reasonable to people that agree with GE that Additive Manufacturing will bring a "new, unlimited dimension" to manufacturing and everyone will see "The Exponential Potential Of 3D Printing."


The word "dispute" is used 15 times in Chapter 22. Buy-out of minority shareholders. The new arcamgroup.com page uses the work "dispute" only once.






GE/Arcam hasn't offered the remaining shareholders anything to dispute.
