I am not saying the product is trash at all...

Upscale is fine if their marketers understand what they are doing...

Clearly, whoever they used to do the Kickstarter campaign did NOT seem to have a very good grasp on how to get results...

And...

At the end of the day, RESULTS ARE THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS! (Yes, I did mean to yell that! ...It's unbelievably critical!)

The marketing campaign must produce an ROI...

Especially when it's for a very small company!
