What's the Sense in Releasing another White Paper ?

Burke didn't come anywhere close to completing the First White Paper.

Ton's of unfinished business.
These White Papers are proving to be complete Garbage for Investors

( TEW Reports only 5000 Messages in 2018 PR ! )
( 95% LESS THAN BURKE ! )

Total Users: 20000 FAILED
Total Dispensaries (brands not storefronts): 40 FAILED
Total Messages Sent: 100000 FAILED

• Break even revenues to monthly costs FAILED
