dude, uatg is pink sheet current company. the filings are public. the financials are there for anybody interested in knowing the state of the company's finances and whether or not there is convertible debt occurring. simply read them. the fact that there is convertible debt is in black and white in the filings. so, dilution is a fact of this ticker. it's not like it's a secret that the ceo is hiding from shareholders. when i read the filings, and i saw the amount of debt, i started doing calculations and reviewing the recent volume and trading action. called the transfer agent to get the most updated share structure. and then have proceeded to try to determine how close the convertible debt is to being done, which seems nearly done. what so many forget is that once the debt is on the books, the ceo's can't do anything about the conversions. a shareholder has to either wait it out or keep it moving. nobody is forcing anybody to buy, hold, or sell any stock.
