Well, maybe not YEARS. I'd say the most likely scenario is that Elysium's SDNY complaint gets thrown out entirely in the next couple weeks. the IPR trial should be complete in 2018, and although I won't yet hazard a guess on the outcome, I don't think the Elysium's position is anything like a slam dunk. The CDCal litigation is scheduled for trial later this year.

So although any of those could go longer than expected, and new litigation may emerge (especially patent infringement claims asserted by ChromaDex), it would not be unrealistically optimistic to imagine that most of this would be over in less than a year.
