Not always good as what they do with the new potential shares that they have created between the Auth and the OS. If they use the shares to bring more significant value to the company we might be okay but down here in Pennyland for sure the odds are usually against us.

Don't think IMO that they are here to just dump shares and must have a plan to have acq a shell, spent time and money to get to where we are now.... so await their next card or two.
