Very close to interim results / next 10 days or so, company been evaluating acquisitions for some time with positive cash flow and now have the cash to execute a deal, audit and uplist progress, cash on hand if they decide to retire debt / notes. Lots of catalyst here to move closer to .01. They have gained and sustained record revenues why reducing overhead. Management has said if sales continue at only half the current rate they will exceed 3 Million for the year. Cash from Lifetime deal.
