If you mean the ICO, that hasnt happened yet.

The ICO is to get GIGA tokens out there that people can use when transferring / exchanging crypto currencies using blocknum, and also to pay for VOIP services (iPCS). Blocknum will complete initial beta end of march, with first production release end of June.

As there is nothing to do with the GIGA untill Blicknum / iPCS is ready, there is not much point doing the ICO.

I would expect end of June at the earliest.

They have sold 8 Gigas though, (5 million ready to go when they launch ICO) with another 5 mill held back.
