I forgot to mention it but the exercise price is .017. As VNDM kept creeping lower and lower I was wondering why in the hell would they convert just barely above that price to bring in scraps? Then when VNDM got down to .017 and then below it became clear that these weren't the warrants. IMO those warrant holders will be exercising at much higher prices. It's been a frustrating amount of dilution to sit through regardless of where it's coming from, however I'm impressed at how well it's being absorbed. That to me implies that smart money is indeed soaking all this up and generally speaking when we see this type of event the stock ultimately goes for a wild ride when the temporary supply spigot is turned off again (or at least lowered).
