Looks like nothing new...only another re-release with another /a...amendment.
Won't be news until warrants and shares are actually priced and dates are entered.
Company is just updating to keep it active if/when they may use it.
The fact they keep it active and not actually release it makes me think a deal of some type is imminent.
Time will tell?
