Pete, I have you on ignore, because of all your negative posts...as I recommend others to do the same.
However, I will entertain your assumptions.
Did you get a memo that said Issued and outstanding shares were increased to 1B?
Because I read all the public filings and I only see a number closer to 250M
I am not sure your purpose here on this board, but posting one line negative posts provides no useful data on DCTH Stock?
I understand being upset if you bought in prior to the last R/S, but things are looking much better now.

Zero debt,
Patents free and clear,
Reduced enrollment specifications from the FDA,
SPA for phase 3 ICC Trial,
Phase 3 FOCUS Trial due to be complete in less than a year,
More than 500 treatments in Europe,
Approved by the EU,

DCTH is on a path to Buyout, Partnership, or Merger....they could even go at it alone at this point should they chose to do so.
Even if they do increase shares for financing, look at companies like SIRI, NOK, CSCO, etc... all with Billions of shares issued and outstanding...all are worth several dollars per share!
Good Luck Bashing, if that is how you trade; however, I recommend buying at these levels!
