Agreed, just to note. Although the fraud portion was thrown out of that case, he did ultimately lose and Prometheus was awarded an intitial judgement with further damages still pending. They were also speaking about piercing the corporate veil to recoup further directly as it appears ltnc, afpw and Schadel are one in the same... he certainly uses monies and equities as if they are.
