I agree with Mark Bristow CEO of Randgold Resources when they say corrupt pizz-on-the-election-results Joseph Kabila's government is taking draconian measures by now instituting the obsolete repressive totally-whacked-out 2002 mining code previously suppressed in order to tricking/lulling the big miners to reinvest under pretenses in DRC once again.

I am going to pack my bags and travel to the United Nations in New York. I am going to argue in front of that esteemed body that the DRC has devolved into a 4F country where the natives are incapable of solving anything more complicated than Fighting, Fracking, Fussing and Fixing Flats... the 4Fs

I am going to try and persuade the UN to approve a Syrian Aleppo-style carpet blobbing the entire DRC and then next subdividing the country into pie shaped segments with the city of Ikela as the dead center target apex of 9 triangles radiating out from Ikela to each each of the 9 countries on the DRC perimeter as listed below:
Angola
Republic of the Congo (not DRC)
Central African Republic
Sudan
Uganda
Rwanda
Burundi
Tanzania
Zambia

With this very streamlined suggested approach the entire 4F-ing DRC will be erased from the map and cease to constantly generate problems on a daily basis for the rest of the civilized world.

I think this proposed solution will then basically solve and implement solid steps toward greatly reducing all the constant 4F-ing problems in the DRC.
