Thats not 20% of the OS. The OS has gone up because the conversions are still going on. The OS currently is not known, only speculative until the company updates. Until the conversions are over this will be trading at a discount.

Since the company was deregistered from the BB it has made some improvements. The former 25bed hospital hasnt even been reflected in the filings as it was late last year. The also have the definitive agreement for the new hospital as well.

The day to day here doesnt matter currently until the conversions are done. Once they are done this will move up in a big way because the SS will still be small, and because of the improvements the company has been making imo.
