If Darkpulse really had such contracts it could easily go public on its own. It doesn’t need a pink ticker with a bloated OS.

The only companies that “merge” in the OTC are those with garbage financials between them...or a private company owned by a small group that want to “monetize” its holding with an RM into a public shell to sell shares.

It’s just the reality of how it works.
