Absolutely correct. I guarantee if financing was only a week away then we would see it in the PPS already. Everything leaks before its time! Especially something in the magnitude of building the first refinery in 40 years and the stock pps is .005. Once leaked it would be all over the place.

When a company puts out a shareholder letter they should at least have the intelligence to use microsoft word so they could do a more professional job. Poor grammar and bad spelling does not induce confidence!
