The Application is a bogus idea cook up to scam the America Stock market shareholders and investors out of hundreds of millions of dollars. They're not scamming the Russians people out of their money. The SEC is so foolish that they let a crooked company come in and scam the America people out of their hard earn money. Luzson is making a fool out of the American people and getting away with it thru free markets. They're not ripping their people off in Israel, but the American people. they're hoping they're so stupid that they will fall for a scam like "lets put it on an smartphone idea and hopefully they can scam millions out of their money thru the US markets". Guess what it is working.

I would not invest in a scam once I find out it is not working. Its an idea that can't be accomplish without first ripping off the US people. There will be many more public offerings as long as the company can get away with it. STOP INVESTING IN A SCAM. PEOPLE !!
