Unfortunately, I agree --unless 4th quarter earnings are a blow-out, which is unlikely --probably reverse 5 to 1, it they are smart, otherwise 10 to 1, which I do not think is smart, because the float will be too thin. Of course, they could always dilute with another offering. Biolase's stockholders best bet might be the company's acquisition by a Chinese company. Sorry to be down on this stock, but same old, same old is just not working.
